How to Login to your CRM* from the Add-in
Valid credentials to your CRM* is a requirement to be able to use the connector.
1. On Gmail, you will see the login page (this displays when you first installed the add-in or you have previously logged-out).
Select a Language if desired
2. a. For Dynamics 365 Connector:
Enter your Dynamics 365 URL, it is the URL shown after logging in as normal using a browser. It is in the format https://org1234567.crm.dynamics.com/ (anything after the .com can be ignored).
Click Connect Now button (a dialog box opens).
Enter the Username
Enter the Password
b. For Zoho CRM Connector:
Select your Data Center.
Click Continue button (a dialog box opens).
3. The next screen opens, click on Connect to CRM*
4. Login prompt box for the CRM* opens
5. Enter your credentials (username and password) and Sign-in.
6. Access Permission* prompt opens, click "Accept" button.
7. Click link or "x" to close the confirmation prompt
8. The main connector screen displays
