Calendar Sync Settings must be enabled first, if not check this link > Enable Calendar Sync
Manage Calendar Sync Connection
The connector opens only when you select any message:
1. Click on Other Tools > Automatic Sync from the Connector sidebar. The iSync Server Settings opens.
2. Click on the Connections
3. Click on the Calendar tab.
4. Some CRM systems require a custom URL, if so, please select the custom URL checkbox (if shown) and enter your custom URL. If you are unsure, please leave it blank and continue.
5. Click on the “Connect to…” button, which will display the login screen for your CRM** system.
A popup may appear asking you to verify your CRM credentials if a login cannot automatically be made.
6. Click Enable Automatic Calendar Sync
7. On the Provider dropdown, select a provider.
8. Click Connect.
9. Choose an account that you want to use, in case there are multiple accounts active.
Enter Password. This is the password for your mailbox.
10. Prompt box displays asking you to Allow iSync to access your calendar, click Allow button.
When successfully connected, all sections will turn green and the “Sync Calendar Now” button will be displayed if you wish to immediately start the sync process.
