Controlling Data Displayed In Detailed List View

If the module listed within the Context Settings has child objects associated with it, they will be identified with set of six selection boxes.
These boxes are used to control the information displayed in the record detail page, if a client clicks on an item in the Related Lists menu.
Up to six fields can be chosen, to select the fields displayed:

  1. Select Context Settings in the Navigation Menu on the left of the page.
  2. Select the Module you wish to change using the Navigation Menu below the Context Settings heading.
  3. Select edit button next to the child object you'd like to modify.
  4. In the description fields area, select the fields you wish to be displayed using the drop down boxes. Use BLANK to separate fields on a line.
  5. Click Submit to save changes.
  6. Click Yes to confirm.


To change the order of the Context Settings entries, click the button 'Change Order' at the top of the view. You may then click and drag the Child entries to reposition them. Once done, click 'Submit Order Change' to save changes to the 'X' to cancel and return to the previous arrangement.
