Reviewing the Clear List

The Clear List page can be used to check the status of all clear requests sent to mobile devices.
Use the following procedure to review the clear list:

  1. Click Queue in the Navigation Menu on the left of the page.
  2. Click on 'Clear List' to see the status of devices waiting to be cleared


A list of all clear requests that were recently submitted is displayed. If a blank page is displayed, no recent clear requests could be found.
Information displayed in a clear list contains the following fields:

Field

Description

Name

The email address associated with the mobile device that the clear request was sent to.

PIN

The unique identification number of the device.

Start time

The date and time that the clear request was made.

End time

The date and time that the device was cleared (if complete).

Status

Displays the current status of the request:

  • Success: Device has been cleared.
  • In Progress: Clear not yet completed.

The search icon at the top of the page can be used to filter results. You can search for a name, Pin or Status code. For more information on using the search facility, see Using the Search and Sort Function.
