Clearing Device Data

Use the following procedure to clear data from selected user devices:

  1. Select the User menu in the Navigation Menu on the left side of the Admin application to view the User List.
  2. Select the checkbox next to each user's device that you want to clear data from.
  3. Move the cursor over Clear button, then select Data.
  4. Enter the administrator password when prompted, then click OK.
  5. A message similar to the following is displayed at the top of the page: Sent clear data request to devices.
