Customized Top Level Objects

The application example used in this guide is of a simple installation for sales professionals. Information typically used by mobile users has been grouped into the following Top Level Objects:
Note: icons are configurable and may have been customized in your installation.

Top Level Object

Accounts: Individual companies or client accounts

Contacts: Contacts within the data source, including those associated with accounts

Leads: Opportunities within companies who are not currently customers

Opportunities: Potential business within existing customers

Sales Orders: Information on recent orders placed

Incidents: Report errors or problems within the data source directly to system administrator
