How to Authorize Social Insights


1.  On your Gmail, go to your Inbox.

2.  Select or open an email.

3.  On the Authorization page that opens on the right panel, click Connect 

4.  Salesforce Login page opens.  Enter your  Username and Password.

5.  If authorization is successful and the sender is a contact or lead on your specific CRM, then the details display on the GMC side panel.
