Use the following procedure to view summary information about the users and modules currently associated with the Swift MEAP™ server:
- Start the Admin application.
- Click Administrator, then About in the Navigation Menu.
There are two panels that are displayed. The first contains User details, see the following example for an explanation of fields:
Users | Description |
Android | Android clients activated (only phones are supported). |
BlackBerry | BlackBerry clients activated. |
iPad | iPad clients activated. |
iPhone | iPhone clients activated. |
Simulator | Clients using a simulator, such as iPad emulator on Macs. |
Not Activated | New users that have been set up and have not activated. |
Disabled | Users that have been disabled from accessing the Swift MEAP™ application. For more information on disabling users, see Disabling Users |
CAD Response Waiting | Indicates that a configuration file (CAD) file was sent to the device, but has not yet been received. |
Not Responding | Number of users with Not Responding status. To enable administrators to monitor usage, users are marked as inactive if they have failed to connect to the Swift MEAP server recently. The period after which users are marked as inactive is set using the user.retentionperiod.days system key. The value entered is in days. Total | Total number of clients activated. |
The second panel displays information relating to the number of modules that have been configured. Includes details of the number of records held within each module and the number of records that are undelivered.
