This feature enables tracking of all support tickets that were created by a Contact or Contacts within an account.The Administrator needs to set this on the Integration Settings. If enabled, it will be available on the User profile.
How to Enable Jira Integration
1. Click Setup from icon from the Toolsbar and select Integrations.
2. Click on Global Settings > Integrations.
3. On the Jira Integration tab tab,
Select the checkbox "Enable Jira Integration"
4. Enter credentials, typically:
Base URL:
Username:
Password:
5. Click Connect.
Status is updated to "Connected as..". Disconnect button displays.
6. Click Save.

The user may now be able to see the support tickets on the Contact record. The Jira Tab is added. Here is a link to the Contacts form and Accounts form for reference. |
