Functionality & Known Limitations


Email



Calendar / Task

  • Not all Lotus Notes Calendar items will appear in CRM. Only associated documents will appear in the CRM. This requires the user to use the Select button in the Notes mail header.
  • Attachments are supported from Notes to CRM only and requires a minimum version of LNC 4.2.
  • The Repeat feature in Notes Calendar is not supported by the Connector. Repeating Calendar events will not be copied to CRM.
  • Not all calendar entries in the CRM will be copied to the Notes Calendar. Entries from CRM will be copied to Notes on two conditions;

Appointment/Meeting 

      Get Records modified between last Sync run time and the Current Sync time 


 
Task

      Get Records modified between last Sync run time and the Current Sync time 



      The Sync Options Settings will determine which records will be synced.


 

  • Calendar items and To Do tasks deleted in CRM, will be deleted in Notes as long as it was previously created in CRM and synched to Notes.
  • Associated Calendar items and To Dos that are deleted in Notes, will not be deleted in CRM.
  • Associated Calendar Appointments and Meetings will appear as Tasks in CRM.
  • The Calendar / Task Sync Agent run is set to run every 15 minutes although the schedule can be changed by the Domino administrator.
  • In a To Do, the description text must appear above any attachments or the description text will not appear in the corresponding description field in the CRM's task.



Personal Address Book Integration

  • Deletions are not supported.
