Billing Page
The iEnterprise Email Connector offers a free version and a paid Unlimited Version.

This is fully automated and accessible to you via the Billing icon "$" from the connector sidebar.
Customers can manage your billing information, and for enterprise customers, including the addition of new users and the removal of employees who left the company
Manage your Billing Page
1. On the connector, scroll down and click on the "$" to open the Billing Page.
2. If a password* is set,
a. Enter Password on the prompt box and click Sign In.
b. To update password, click on Change Change Password button.
3. To add more licenses,
a. Click on Purchase Additional License
b. Purchase Form loads.
c. Enter how many extra licenses you want to purchase.
d. Read the conditions and check the "I Agree" box.
e. Click Add License
4. To make changes to your Credit Card,
a. Click on Update Credit Card
b. On the prompt showing your credit card last digits, click on Change Card link
c. Fill-in your Credit Card details.
Notice the recommended format on the entry boxes, for example date needs to be in MM/YYYY.
d. Click Save Card to save
5. For monthly subscription and wants to convert to annual,
a. Click on Convert to Yearly Billing
6. To check or download your invoices,
a. Click on Billing History tab,
b. Click Open button on the invoice you want
c. Invoice in .pdf opens.
d. Print or Download as desired
7. To Remove a current user and free up licenses
a. Click on User Management tab,
b. On the Activated Add-on users section, you will see a list of users. Click the "x" mark on the user email address to be removed
c. On the confirmation prompt, Click Yes
8. To enable use for other users with a different email domain,
a. Click on User Management tab,
b. On the Email Domain allowed to use licenses section, enter the email domain/s
c. Add/Edit domain that are allowed to install and use a license from this subscription
d. Click Update
9. To cancel subscription,
a. Click on Cancel Subscription
b. Enter a Reason for Cancelling
c. Enter any Additional Features that you want added.
d. Click on Proceed with Cancellation
*Passwords can be requested if customers want it set.
