Using the AND Argument

In the above example, the AND argument above would result in no records being deleted as the PrimaryBillToCountry can only contain one value. Therefore, no record could contain Spain AND Portugal as values.
The AND function is used to cleanup records that contain ALL of the values entered in the Input Value Field.
Using OR in the case above, records who had a primary billing address in Spain or Portugal would be deleted and any account with a low market potential, no matter which country they were in.
