Creating a New Cleanup Rule
Once a cleanup rule has been created, it is automatically activated and operational and will be run when next scheduled. The Add Rule bar in the middle of the display is used to enter new rules.
Use the following instructions to create a new cleanup rule using the Add Rule bar:
- Click on 'Rules' in the navigation bar to the left.
- Select "CleanUp Settings"
- Select the module you wish to run a cleanup against in the Modules field using the drop down selection box.
- Select the field you wish to run a query against from the Field Label drop down selection box.
- In the Operation field, use the drop down box to choose one of the provided options. Enter the query string you would like to use in the Input Field box.
- Click Add.
