Copy to Calendar

Swift MEAP has by default an object named as an Appointment, which can be copied across to the Apple default Calendar application. To add an appointment:

1. Select a contact in the List View.
2. In the Related Lists area, Tap on the Blue Plus Icon in Activities.
3. Tap on Appointment. Note that appointment is a default name for this field. It may have been changed or disabled by your system administrator, please contact them if this option is not available.

To enable copying of Appointments to the Calendar:

1. Tap on the Swift MEAP Icon in the top left corner of the application to enter options menu.
2. Tap on the bar labeled Copy to Calendar to toggle on or off. The check mark icon will turn green to indicate that the option is active.
