Copying Information to iPad Applications

Swift MEAP allows users to copy information into Apple's standard iPad Address Book and Calendar applications. If activated in the Options menu, information is copied to these applications whenever:

  1. Data is loaded from the data source, which occurs when:
    • There is a full data load. Note that your system administrator can choose to turn off the copy functionality when a full load begins. If this is the case, information will not be copied as part of a full data load.
    • Performing a lookup for a record and re-downloading a record from the data source. For more information, see Perform Data Source[ Look Up in List View|h.misn0anki1bu].
  2. A new record / event has been created.

If a contact or calendar entry is deleted from the Swift MEAP application, the information that has been copied to Address Book and Calendar will also be deleted from the iPad.
