Navigating the List View

Data stored within the List View is normally sorted in alphabetical ascending order, the sort field used is highlighted in bold. The sort order can be customized, for more information, see Sort Field

The list can be navigated using the following methods:

• Scrolling - place your finger within the List View area and drag up or down to navigate through the records.
• Alphabetical Index Bar – Tap a letter of the alphabet to locate records beginning with that letter. You can also Tap the magnifying glass icon at the top of the Alphabetical Index Bar to view the Search / Look Up Bar.
• Using the Search / Look Up Bar– Tap the Search / Look Up bar to bring up the iPad keyboard. Start typing and the List View Records will change dynamically to display the records held locally on the iPad. For information on searching, see the List View

If the records cannot be found, a look up of the data source can be performed. For more information on searching and data source lookup, see Perform Data Source Look Up in List View
To select a record that you would like to view tap to select the record. Record information will now be displayed in the Data View
