You may check from 1. Outlook > File menu; 2. Click Office Account; 3. Click About Microsoft. The information should be at the top of the popup box.


1.  Outlook_Connector_iCRM_32bit.zip   (for Outlook 32-bit)


2.  Outlook_Connector_iCRM_64bit.zip  (for Outlook 64-bit)


The plugin needs .NET Framework 2.0. If this is not installed, the tab will not display.
