Enabling this will search for a contact in CRM using the incoming email address. If the contact is found it will associate the contact and create the incoming email to CRM.

To enable, Open settings and under “Sync” Tab enable “Enable Incoming Email Auto Sync” as shown below.

 

There are few things to remember before enabling it.

-        The person who enable it must have right to run agents on server. This feature uses the

“Before new mail arrives” agent trigger

-        Because the "Before new mail arrives" agent is executed by the router, in server configuration document adjust the router pre-delivery agent timeout as shown below. By default it is 30 seconds, but change it to at least 90 seconds for successful Syncing of incoming emails
