Empower users can change their passwords by clicking on the Preferences link on the Navigation tab.
Step | Action | Comment |
1. | Click Preferences from the Top Pane to open the User Setup screen. | Clicking the Name also opens the user form. |
2. | Click on Setup User > Change Password from the Settings pane on the left. | User name cannot be changed. |
3. | Enter current password into Old Password field | You cannot change the password if this validates wrong. |
4. | Enter New Password |  |
5. | Enter new password again on the Verify New Passwordfield | |
6. | Click on Save | A Confirmation screen will display. |
