A Calendar widget is created as another tool to make it easier for you to keep track of your Activities. 

Open Activities, Follow-ups and Opportunities that the user own are displayed.

This can be added to the Dashboard.

The calendar can be presented in Day, Week and Month format.  Navigate the days by clicking on the Prev/Next buttons.  If you are on a Day format, you can also click on the Today button.

Once a Follow-up is marked complete the entry is removed from the Calendar view.  

With the added feature of Calendar Integration, events and schedules that you have entered on  your Calendar application (Google, Outlook, etc) can be viewed directly from iCRM.  This can be setup so that only calendar entries with the Invitee/Guest that is an existing Contact/Lead on iCRM will be uploaded to the iCRM Calendar.  Or, the administrator can set it up to Sync all calendar entries automatically.


Recommended Step

1.  Email Integration must be enabled on Global Settings > Integration. If not, please refer to Enable Calendar Integration step.

2.  The Calendar Integration fields are now available on the User Profile. Here is a link to Setup calendar server details.
