Once the iCRM skill is installed you can use your voice to control various aspects of the CRM.


Note

It is assumed that you have already created or imported data into iCRM. 

For ease of use, we recommend to start a conversation with iCRM by simply saying “Alexa Launch iCRM” or “Alexa talk to iCRM”. Alexa confirms that the connection is set.  You may now say the other commands without saying the word "Alexa". 

To open iCRM Skill:

Say any of the below commands:

"Alexa launch iCRM"

"Alexa open iCRM"

"Alexa talk to iCRM"


Below each category or iCRM object are some of the recognized commands. Notice that command is preceded with "Ask iCRM".


To get number of Accounts:

Q:  "Ask iCRM How many Accounts are there?"  or  "Ask ICRM to get number of Accounts"

A:  Gives Total number of accounts


To get your latest Leads:

Q:  "Ask iCRM get Latest Leads"  or  "Ask iCRM get New Leads"

A: Gives 3 latest leads

To get Top Leads:

Q:  "Ask iCRM get Top Leads"

A: Gives top 3 leads depending on Lead score


To get your Follow-ups:

Q:  "Ask iCRM get My Follow-ups"

A:  Gives the followup details including Comment


To create a Follow-up:

Q:  "Ask iCRM to Create Follow-up"

Alexa will ask a series of follow-up questions which you will answer exactly and clearly.

Leads name  (Sam Green)

Date of follow-up (11/30/17)

Time of follow-up  (9am)

Comments  (Breakfast meeting)

A:  The follow-up record is created for this lead.


To get some field information:

Q:  "Ask iCRM Get Data"

Alexa will ask a series of follow-up questions which you will answer exactly and clearly.

Module name  (Accounts)

Account name  (Green Company)

Field name (Phone)

A:  Value of field is given.


To set a value to a field:

Q:  "Ask iCRM Set Data"

Alexa will ask a series of follow-up questions which you will answer exactly and clearly.

Module name (Accounts)

Account name (Green Company)

Field name  (Website)

New value for that field  (www.greencompany.com)

A:  The field is updated with new value.

Note: Only string field is supported at the moment.


To close an Opportunity:

Q:  "Ask iCRM to Close Opportunity"

Alexa will ask a series of follow-up questions which you will answer exactly and clearly.

Opportunity name  (Big Order)

A: The Opportunity record status is changed to "Won"

Info

It supports only Won Opportunity at this time.


To create an Invoice:

Q:  "Ask iCRM to Create Invoice"

Alexa will ask a series of follow-up questions which you will answer exactly and clearly.

Opportunity name  (Big Order)

A: The Invoice is created on QuickBooks.

Note

Will only create invoice if QuickBooks is enabled and connected and Account exists on QuickBooks.  Please follow this link to Enable QuickBooks.
