- Jira Integration - If you use Jira for your customer support tickets, you will now be able to view all issues created by your contacts directly from iCRM.

- Link to a record - Include link to record that the automation is running on. This is really useful mainly for collaboration such as sending an email to a fellow user of iCRM about a record that you are working on.
