Automatic Sync Contact to iCRM is only available on the Unlimited Version

How to Enable Contacts Sync

1.  Click Setup from the Toolsbar and select Global Settings.

2.  Click Integrations on the left panel.

3.  On the Contacts tab,

Select the checkbox "Enable Contacts Sync"

4.  On the"Sync Direction",

a.  Select "One-way Sync (Contacts to CRM)", to update iCRM records with changes from Contacts.

b.  Select "One-way Sync (CRM to Contacts)", to update Contacts records with changes from iCRM.

c.  Select "Two-way Sync", to update both ways.

5.  Choose "CRM Entity to Sync", to sync whether to Leads or Contacts

6.  Click Save.
