Make sure that you have already Enabled QuickBooks previously. |
How to connect to QuickBooks
1. Click Setup from icon from the Toolsbar and select Integrations.
2. Click on Global Settings > Company Configuration.3. On the QuickBooks Settings tab, click Connect button.
43. Click Connect to QuickBooks button. 5The QuickBooks Authorization page opens, scroll down and click on the Connect button.
4. On the QuickBooks login page that opens, enter your QuickBooks Username and Password.
65. Click Sign in button.
76. On the Authorization If there is another authorization page between iCRM and Quickbooks and QuickBooks that opens, click "Authorize" button.
87. Note that the Company Configuration > QuickBooks Settings section connection info is updated
- Disconnect/Reconnect buttons
- Token Expiry status.
8. Status is updated to "Connected".
9. Enter email address on the Invoice Notification field, if desired.
10. Click Save button.
11. Your iCRM is now integrated with QuickBooks.
