This icon is used to display detailed attributes for a field. Attributes listed include:
Attribute | Description |
Is Required | Marks the field as requiring a value prior to save. These fields will appear in Red. If no value is in the field (including an incorrect value) then the record will not save and a message will appear indicating the reason. Custom messages may be created. For more information, see Configuring Device Messages. |
Required Conditions | If any conditions are entered here and the Required field is set to yes, completion of this field is mandatory if the conditions entered are met. For further information, see Conditional Read Only, Hidden and Required Fields. |
Is Read Only/Hide | Two values are available:

Read Only/Hide Conditions | Can be used to set fields as read only or hidden if the conditions entered here are met. For further information, see Conditional Read Only, Hidden and Required Fields |

View Group Delimiter | The view group delimiter is used to control how the next field is displayed in the data view. Select one of the following options: vertical bar (), asterisk *, or comma (,). For more information, see Controlling Data View Layout. |

Default Value | Can be used to set a default value for a field. Whenever new records are created, the value here will automatically be populated on the data entry form. | |
Is Unique | When a user creates a record on a device this will check if any other records exist on the device with the same value in that field when the user tries to save. If there is already a record on the same device with the same value then the user may not save. | |
Is Skip in CAD | Shows if this field has been marked to not be included in a CAD delivery. |
