Make sure that you have already Enabled QuickBooks previously.

How to connect to QuickBooks

1.  Click Setup from  icon from the Toolsbar and select Global SettingsIntegrations.

2.  Click Integrations on the left panel.3.  On the QuickBooks Settings tab, click Connect button.  

43Click Connect to QuickBooks button.  Image Removed5The QuickBooks Authorization page opens, scroll down and click on the Connect button.

4.  On the QuickBooks login page that opens, enter your QuickBooks Username and Password.

65.  Click Sign in button.

76On the Authorization If there is another authorization page between iCRM and Quickbooks that opens, click Authorize button.

87.  Note that the Company Configuration > QuickBooks Settings section is updated:

        - Disconnect/Reconnect buttons

        - Token Expiry statusconnection info is updated.

8.  Status is updated to "Connected". 

9.  Enter email address on the Invoice Notification field, if desired.

10.  Click Save button.

11. Your iCRM is now integrated with QuickBooks.
