If after activation, you are having difficulty in synchronizing or receiving updates, please enable logging so that communication can be checked.
To enable logging (Tablet):
- Open the Swift MEAP™ application
- Tap on the Swift MEAP™ application icon in the top left of the screen to enter Options.
- Tap on Advanced Options
- You will see an option to "Enable Logging". Swipe the toggle icon left/right to change the status.
- Try at least two/three attempts to synchronize data
- When you are ready to send the logs, navigate back to Options->Advanced Options
- A new option is displayed, titled 'Mail Logs'. Tap to select.
- You will be presented with a list of options for how you want to send the log file, which is a standard text file. You should send the log file to your server administrator.
To enable logging (Phone):
- Open the Swift MEAP™ application
- Tap on the three vertical dots at the bottom of the page. Tap on Settings.
- You will see an option to "Enable Logging". Tap to enable/disable.
- Try at least two/three attempts to synchronize data.
- When you are ready to send the logs, navigate back to Settings
- A new option is displayed, titled 'Mail Logs'. Tap to select.
- You will be presented with a list of options for how you want to send the log file, which is a standard text file. You should send the log file to your server administrator.
NOTE: After sending logs, go back to settings and DISABLE logging. If this is not done, logging will continue. Typically, logs are required for a 30-minute period to ensure that multiple sync transactions are captured in the logs.
