The Library module allows the creation and filing of documents and attachments within Empower CRM. It is typically used to create documents and store them against contacts and accounts so as to track the documents related to the account or contact.
Document Templates can be created and information for contacts can be merged into the templates and automatically stored inside Empower CRM
