Selecting associated items to download

Associated items are subsets of data (records) that are linked to the record being viewed, also described as Related Items. For instance, a Company (or Account) may have a list of records associated with it such as Contacts, Business Type, Sector, Alternate Address Information, Leads, etc.
If there are records associated, you can choose to download only those that you need using a menu similar to the following:

NOTE: Parent objects will be mandatory downloads and you will not be able to deselect them. In the example above, the Contact record is automatically checked, indicating it must be downloaded.
To select the records you wish to download:

1. Tap Download All to download all of the associated items from the data source.
2. To download some of the associated items:
   1. Tap one or more of the associated items and the check box to the right of the record turns green to show it has been selected.
   2. Tap on Download Selected to download only the related records that have been selected.
