Login Problem: "Unable to Connect OR Invalid Login"


If you see the "Unable to connect OR invalid login" error, enable debug mode in Settings and click OK.


Check for any obvious errors in the XML screens such as:


>The connection to CRM is failing and the debug error displayed "invalid > user name, password, token or user is locked

In this case the user confirmed that the login details, user name, password and token were correct. The CRM Administrator needed to unlock the user's account in CRM.


"API_DISABLED_FOR_ORG: API Is not enabled for this Organization or Partner" 


Ask the CRM administrator to confirm API is enabled under Administrative Permissions for the user profile.

Note. Only Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited versions are supported by the Lotus Notes Connector.
