Device System Keys

Device System Keys are used in conjunction with the JSON Generator on the Swift MEAP™ server. Either before or after you create your JSON customization in Swift MEAP™, you can edit the Device System Keys.

To edit Device System Keys:

1. Start the Admin application.
2. Click Administrator, then Device System Keys on the Navigation Menu.
3. The Device System Key Information page opens, and you can either:
   1. Edit an existing key by clicking the edit icon to the right of the existing key.
   2. Create a new key by clicking Create New at the top of the page.
4. Click Update or Save to save your changes.

The Key Name is what is used in your JSON, and the value is the JSON to be executed. There is also an area to provide a description of the key's functionality. See JSON Generator for more information.
