Another type of entity management is available in iEnterprise CRM and this is Relationships. This is different from the default associations that is Account or Contact based. 

A relationship between entities across the CRM can be built. For example, a specific Account can be the Head Organization of another account/s. Another good application for Marketing is having a relationship between contacts from different accounts, like referrals and competitions.

How to Add a Relationship Type

1.  Click Setup from the Toolsbar.

2.  Click

on Templates > Import Definition

on Global Settings > Relationship

3.  Click New Relationship

 from

 from the Action bar.  Dialog box opens.

4.  On the New Relationship dialog box, Enter Name.  

5.  On the Module, select a module from the drop down list.

6.  Click Submit.

The new relationship is added to the list.
