iEnteprise CRM provides users with a placeholder for documents that he/she wishes to have easy access to all the time. Favorites is located on the Sidebar and can be added to the Widgets pane.
All types of records can be added to Favorites.
How to Add to My Favorites
1. From the Object Navbar, click on the module where the record is.
2. Open the record.
3. On the Business card area on top, click on the "star" icon
4. The "star" icon becomes colored Gold.
5. The My Favorites list refreshes and the record is added.
iCRM facilitates Favorites to give you easy access to records that are high on your monitoring list.
How to Delete from My Favorites
1. Click My Favorite icon on the Sidebar to show list of Favorite records, or see record if My Favorites is pinned on the widgets pane.
2. Click to open record.
3. On the Business card area on top, notice that the "star" icon is Gold.
4. Click on the "star" icon and color becomes transparent.
5. My Favorites refreshes and record is removed from list.
