When a user have been given the privilege to access the application, your iEnterprise CRM administrator will provide the user with a password.
For security reasons, you should change this password to another one as only you know. Ensure that you choose a password that is easy for you to remember, but difficult for another person to guess. You can change your password at any time. It is better to change your password occasionally.
How to Change your Password
iEnterprise CRM users can change their passwords by clicking on the User Information icon on the Tools bar.
1. Click User Information icon on the Tools bar.
2. Click on Setup User > Open User Profile link.
3. Click on Change Password from the Settings pane on the left.
User name cannot be changed.
3. Enter current password into Old Password field
You cannot change the password if this validates wrong.
4. Enter new password again on the Verify New Password field
5. Click on Save.
6. A Confirmation screen will displayAction bar. Change Password dialog box opens.
4. Type password on New Password field.
5. Type again on the Verify New Password field.
6. Click on Change button.
A Confirmation status will flash.
