A Calendar widget is created as another tool to make it easier for you to keep track of your Activities. This can be added to the Dashboard.
Open Activities, Follow-ups and Opportunities that user or the entire team own are displayed.
The calendar can be presented in Day, Week and Month format. Navigate the days by clicking on the Prev/Next buttons. If you are on a Day format, you can also click on the Today button.
Once a Follow-up, Activity or Opportunity is marked complete or closed, the entry is removed from the Calendar view.

With the added feature of Calendar Integration, events and schedules that you have entered on your Calendar application (Google, Outlook, etc) can be viewed directly from iCRM. This can be setup so that only calendar entries with the Invitee/Guest that is an existing Contact/Lead on iCRM will be uploaded to the iCRM Calendar. Or, the administrator can set it up to Sync all calendar entries automatically.
How to Update Calendar Display
The The iCRM Calendar can now be customized to display all or filter entries .Collective Calendar Viewfor a collective view of the open items for the team, a valuable tool for team leads.
How to Update Calendar Display
1. Open a Dashboard with a Calendar widget
2. Click EditClick Options on the Calendar pane
3. The Calendar opens in full view and the filters are shown on the right panel.
4. Select calendar entry type checkbox: Followup, Opportunities, Activities OR select all.
Followups are red, Activities are blue and Opportunities are green.
5. Toggle Display records radio button: Display my records or Display Records.
6. If Display Records is selected, select a User, or multiple users or All Users
Note: Click Hide Options to hide the filters.
