Administrators can use cleanup settings to manage the amount of data stored on the Swift MEAP™ iEnterprise Mobile™ database and mobile devices.
Once launched, records will be initially removed from the Swift MEAP™ iEnterprise Mobile™ database , and when a user synchronizes the records are then removed from the mobile user device.
If a module cleanup is performed, child records associated with that record are removed from the Swift MEAP™ iEnterprise Mobile™ server and client databases only if the child record has no other parents on a device. If the child record has other parents, it is not removed from a device.
