...

The Initload Summary is used to find out the status of initial data loads. Information is displayed for each device (PIN) along with information on how the load was started and the status.
Columns include:

  • User: Login ID used to identify devices.
  • Load id: When initial loads are processed, data is bundled into packets. The load id is the common id identifying all packets within the same group.
  • Load Mode: Identifies the method used to initiate the load request. Possible values are:
    • Auto initload: Initial load request was automatically sent to a device when it first connected. An initial load is automatically completed if the system key perform.initload.process is set to InitLoad.
    • Manual Initload: Initial load request was sent using the Admin application.
    • Manual Reload Initload: The administrator sent a reload request using the Admin application.
    • Manual Replace Initload: The administrator sent a replace load request using the Admin application.
  • Status: Shows the current progress of initial load. Possible values are:
    • IN PROGRESS: Indicates that the data load is in progress.
    • PENDING: Indicates that an initial load request has been initiated, but the Swift MEAP™ iEnterprise Mobile™ server is waiting to initiate the request from the Data Source. Occurs when the maximum number of concurrent initial loads has expired. The maximum is set using the system key max.crmquery.initload.
    • READY: Indicates data has been prepared and is ready for download, but download has not yet begun.
    • READY_WITH_ERROR: Data is ready to be sent to a device, but error messages were returned from the Data Source.
    • COMPLETED NODATA: The data load process completed, but there was no data to send to the device. This can occur if the data download rules are too restrictive and therefore resulted in no records meeting the download rule criteria.
    • COMPLETED: Indicates that the data load has finished.
    • CANCELLED BY USER: The data download begun, but the user cancelled the process before it could complete.
    • COMPLETED_WITH_ERROR: The load completed but error messages were returned from the Data Source.
