On the 'About' page in In the Administrator section of the Navigation Menu is a tab the 'Monitoring' page that summarizes the data In and Out traffic for user devices.  This will include:

  • A list of the objects and the last polled date, matching the detail as shown on the GetUpdatesJob time config page.  The data is ordered by date, with the oldest date at the top, so to see any problem modules easier.
  • A count by Object by Status of records in the Delivery In.
  • A count by User by Status of records in the Delivery In.
  • A count of records, by Status (excluding completed) per user for records that are more than 15 days old in Delivery Out.
  • A count of Users where the CAD status is AWAITING_CONFMN for more than 15 days
  • Top 5 errors from the Delivery In based on the error code for Failed or RETRIED, showing error code and description.

The Monitoring Tab

Organizes record data in to easy to read sections to provide the Administrator with a quick glance at Swift MEAP™ server activity.

  • Getupdates Job Time Stamp - Displays the Getupdates scheduled jobs and the last run date.  This allows the Administrator to easily see what is set to run, is running, and may not have run in a while.
  • User Count by CAD Status - All users to whom CAD was sent, and the status of that delivery (AWAITING_CONFMN, RECVD, FAILED, etc)
  • Delivery In Modules Count by Status - The summary record count of each Module in Delivery In, organized by status (Pending, Failed, Ready, etc).
  • Delivery In Users Count by Status - The summary record count of all Users in Delivery In, organized by status (Pending, Failed, Ready, etc).
  • Delivery Out Users by Status - The summary record count of all Users in Delivery Out, organized by status (Pending, Failed, Ready, etc).
  • Recent 5 Delivery In Errors - Contains the Error Code as well as the Description as it appears in the LOG.

The Charts Tab

Organizes User Management data in to one easy to read page, allowing at a glance the Administrator to see the following:

  • User Chart: Graphical Summary of user devices, organized by:
    • Disabled
    • Not Responding
    • Deactivated
    • Activated
  • CAD Status: Graphical Summary of all CAD deliveries, organized by:
    • Not Activated
    • CAD Response Waiting
    • Received
  • Device Types: Graphical Summary of all activated device types, organized by Type of Device.
