There is no configuration defined on the server. Please contact your administrator

 

This occurs when there is no CAD available for your device. This could be due to one of two reasons:

  1. No CAD (configuration file) has been defined by the administrator
  2. There is no CAD available for your user's language.

 

There has to be a CAD saved in the Swift MEAP™ Server for every language that your users will be activating with.  Language is read from the data source using the login credentials that the user enters.

 

To investigate:

  1. Ask an administrator to log into the Swift MEAP™ Admin Console
  2. Navigate to "CAD Management"
  3. Check the CAD saved on the screen.  Also note the languages of the saved CADs
  4. Navigate to "Users"
  5. Search for the user that is attempting to activate.  Their details should be listed, along with the language that the user is activating with (read from your data source)

No configuration - follow up actions

If there is no CAD for your user, you either have to create one by configuring the language for your user, reading labels, keywords etc and saving or change the details of your user's language in the data source to match a CAD that you do have saved in the console.

If the language in the user screen matches a cad saved on the server and you are still seeing this error, please send user details, server logs (service logs in split port server) and dates/times of activation requests.
