Synchronisation occurs automatically, but further options are available by tapping on the following icons:
The first icon is the Sync Now icon, it polls the Swift MEAP™ server to see if there are any record updates / data waiting to be received. It will also process any records waiting to be sent. By default, the application will poll every 10 minutes automatically.
The second icon is the Sync Log, where historical details of records received / sent are kept.
The third icon (iPad only), indicates whether there is an active internet connection. If it is green, there is a connection, if red, there is no connection.
To review transactions, tap on the Sync Log icon, a list of transactions is displayed:
On the iPhone, transactions are displayed in a single list, tapping will display its details. On the iPad, transactions are displayed in a list, tapping will display its details in the right hand side of the page.
On the iPad there is also a toggle to filter the records displayed. Tap on the button with a down arrow above the list of records to view a list of toggles:
