In This option is available in all mail forms,
Clicking the Download Tools > Download Contacts link will open a dialog window, which will allow you to search and find CRM contacts and download those records to your local address book.
If a CRM record is already downloaded, downloading the same record again will update the existing record with the updated information . (if any).
