After launching the Swift MEAP™ client application for the first time you will be presented with two options:

  • Connect to my data source: This is the option to choose if you have been given an activation address, have login details and wish to connect to your data source.
  • Use local application: This enters an offline, disconnected version of the application. It does not connect to any server or data source and contains sample data. It can be used to familiarize yourself with the application without affecting actual data.

Simply tap on the option that you wish to select.

If connecting to a data source, you will go through the activation process. The first item you will be asked for is your activation address:

iEnterprise Mobile™ server administrator should notify which address should be used to activate.

With iOS-8+, for the iPad/iPhone only, Touch ID is supported.



Tap on the text entry box to bring up the iPad/iPhone keyboard. Enter the activation address and tap on Activate.
   Your Swift MEAP™ iEnterprise Mobile™ client will contact the iEnterprise's activation server and attempt to fetch the registration details. You will need an active WiFi / 3G / 4G internet connection on your device to complete this process.

Connecting to data source

Entering data source login

Once your company activation details have been received, you will be presented with the following login prompt:

Enter your data source user id and password by tapping on the relevant field. The 'Remember me' option prevents you from having to log in every time the application is launched. Tap Login to validate your credentials.

Note:  Some login ids / passwords are case sensitive, if you encounter an error, please notify your administrator and check whether the id/password is case sensitive.
