Purchase the Unlimited Edition(or skip to Step 4 if you wish to do on a later date)1. Click Billing, "$" from the Toolsbar. 2. License Details page opens 3. Click Purchase Unlimited (Free for 7 days) button. If all of the required fields are complete, this button turns green. 8. Click Purchase Unlimited (Free for 7 days) button. Connect to CRMWe will use Salesforce.com for this guide. 1. Click Connections icon on the Tools bar. OR if there is only 1 user connected to the login details, the Setup page opens automatically. 2. Depending on the CRM you have, (<CRM> being whatever CRM you provided on your registration): a. Enter your CRM URL and your login credentials, then click Connect to <CRM> button Or, b. Click Connect to <CRM> button, the CRM Login screen opens. Enter your username/password and login 3. Connect your EmailYour own profile is open by default. 1. Select the checkbox "Enable Email Sync" 2. The Mail Server details section displays 3. On the Provider dropdown, select a provider. Fields displayed depends on the email provider selected. a. If Google or Outlook.com Click Connect. Choose an account that you want to use, in case there are multiple accounts active. Enter Password. This is the password for your mailbox. Prompt box displays asking you to Allow Email iCRM c Connector Sync to access your email, click Allow button. b. If Office365, Enter Username and Password c.
