There are two type of User designation:

Administrator has the right to Add/Edit/Delete users or update Licenses.

User only has access to his profile.

How to Connect to your Calendar

1.  Click Users Connections icon on the Tools bar.

2.  Select a User and when form is open, click Edit.3.  On the Calendar Integration Sync tabsection,

Select the checkbox "Enable Calendar IntegrationSync"

54.  On the Provider dropdown, select a provider.

a.  If Google or Outlook.com, Office 365

Click Connect.

Choose an account that you want to use, in case there are multiple accounts active.

Enter Password.  This is the password for your email/calendar.

Prompt box displays asking you to Allow Email Connector Sync to access your calendar, click Allow button.

b. If iCloud,

Enter Username and Password*

*You have to generate an app-specific password to use with iEnterprise CRM. Refer this link for instructions : https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204397

c.  If Exchange Server,

Enter Server, Username and Password

d.  Other,

Enter Caldav URL

Enter Username and Password

65.  Screen refreshes and status says "Connection Success".

7.  Click Save.
