Get your iEnterprise Email Connector Sync

(or skip to Step 2 if you already registered and have a valid Login credentials)

Open iEnterprises website and Sign-up for free

  1.  Enter information on the fields and make sure the Product of Interest is "Email Connector Sync".
  2.  Click Register with Us button.
  3.  You will get to the next page where you will have to select your CRM and other details.
  4.  When you sign-up, you will provide a password.  The Email Connector Sync will use the email address as your username.
  5.  Click Submit Additional Details button.
  6.  A confirmation status displays on the page. 
    Click on the URL to open the iEnterprise Email Connector Sync Login screen.*

* A confirmation email with the URL and credentials will be sent to the email address you provided.  However, you do not have to wait for the email to get started.

 Login

On the Login page, 

  1.  Enter username and password. Username is the email address you have used to sign-up.
  2.  Click the Login button.
     iEnterprise Email Connector opens.

Purchase the Unlimited Edition

(or skip to Step 4 if you wish to do on a later date)


1.  Click Billing, "$" from the Toolsbar.

2.   License Details page opens

3.   Enter number of license to purchase.

4.  On the Billing section,

     a.  Pay Monthly is the default

          Monthly is always Automatic billing

     b.  Toggle the radio button to change to Pay Yearly

          Automatic billing is the default.  Toggle to change to Manual billing

5.  Notice the computation and Current Payment = 0

6.  Read the conditions and check the "I Agree" box.

7.  On the Payment section, Fill-in your Credit Card details. 

Notice the recommended format on the entry boxes, for example date needs to be in MM/YYYY.

If all of the required fields are complete, this button turns green.

8.  Click Purchase Unlimited (Free for 7 days) button.

All the features will now be available for you.

 Connect to CRM

1.  Click Connections icon on the Tools bar.

OR if there is only 1 user connected to the login details, the Setup page opens automatically.

2.  Depending on the CRM you have, (<CRM> being whatever CRM you provided on your registration):

a.  Enter your CRM URL and your login credentials, then click Connect to <CRM> button

Or, 

b. Click Connect to <CRM> button, the CRM Login screen opens.

    Enter your username/password and login

3.  Screen refreshes and status says "Connection Success".


** Each user would have to setup the connection to CRM with their credentials

 Connect your Email

Your own profile is open by default.

1.  Select the checkbox "Enable Email Sync"

2.  The Mail Server details section displays

3.  On the Provider dropdown, select a provider.

Fields displayed depends on the email provider selected.

a.  If Google or Outlook.com

Click Connect.

Choose an account that you want to use, in case there are multiple accounts active.

Enter Password.  This is the password for your mailbox.

Prompt box displays asking you to Allow Email Connector Sync to access your email, click Allow button.

b.  If Office365,

Enter Username and Password

c. If iCloud,

Enter Username and Password*

*You have to generate an app-specific password to use with iEnterprise CRM. Refer this link for instructions : https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204397

d.  If Exchange Server,

Enter Server, Username and Password

e.  Other,

Enter Server and Port

Enter Username and Password

4.  Screen refreshes showing connection and status says "Connection Success".

 Connect your Calendar

Your own profile is open by default.

2.  The Calendar Server details section displays

Click Connect.

The connection to CRM is established.

Emails and Calendar items are regularly Synced with your CRM.

OR, you may click on either Sync Email Now / Sync Calendar Now button to get results right away.
