Is the Plugin successfully installed

Problem

Customer has downloaded the extension from the install from Salesforce or Chrome web store.  How to check if the connector is successfully installed.

Solution

After the customer has gone through the installation and authorization steps -  /wiki/spaces/GMC/pages/211037,  the GMC sidebar should show.

Follow this link to familiarize yourself with how to navigate the sidebar - /wiki/spaces/GMC/pages/211022.

1.  The quick thing to check is to click on the Settings icon 

2.  The button "Account Information" displays on the panel.

3.  Click and note the User information that is displayed

4.  This verifies that you have successfully logged-in to your CRM.
